Options Center for Independent Living is based out of East Grand Forks, MN. Our Serving Area includes Northeast North Dakota (with Outreach Offices in Cavialier and Devils Lake) and Northwest Minnesota (with Outreach Offices in Roseau, Thief River Falls and Crookston).
